Our Return Policy is Simple: If you are unhappy with your purchase, we don't want you to have to keep it. Please note that books and videos and DVDs cannot be returned unless we sent you an incorrect or defective item. This is to protect the authors' copyrights. We can't let anyone "borrow" a book or video and then return it, as this would be unethical and illegal.
Item must be returned in its original or comparable packaging undamaged.
Explain the reasons item is being returned.
We are not responsible for items being returned that are lost in the delivery process. This means you should use some form of package tracking method to insure the items gets back to the museum gift shop.
Shipping costs is non-refundable.
